(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based managed print solution.– Web–based fleet management platform (cloud or on–prem) providing.– Secure automatic meter reads and consumables management.– Proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and remote firmware updates.– Centralized configuration and mass deployment of device settings.– Detailed audit logs and reporting.– Secure service ticketing and on–demand support.– Provide solutions for printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and workflow improvements.– Integrate with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Laserfiche using modern authentication methods.– Scan–to–email must support authenticated SMTP with TLS 1.2+ and integration with Microsoft 365 mail services. – Scan–to–folder must support SMB v3 with encryption and authenticated service accounts.– Provide a fleet of business–class desktop printers and Multifunction Printing (MFP) devices, and support the daily operation of that fleet, under the overall supervision of the Information Technology (IT).– Support for vendor universal print drivers with a consistent feature set across Windows and macOS, and compatibility with Microsoft Universal Print where applicable.– Design, plan, implement, and maintain a solution that provides operational and sustainability improvements, reduces the burden on IT staff, and delivers cost reductions.– Long–life consumables and imaging components designed to reduce routine maintenance frequency, service calls, and total cost of ownership over the lifecycle of the device.– Secure automatic meter reads and consumables management.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
