DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide a web-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) featuring a portal for external clients to submit specimen case information, review diagnostic results, and access invoices. The system must offer advanced case management capabilities, including the ability to create multiple tasks, assign tasks to multiple users per case, and configure unique permissions and roles for each user.
The client portal must allow users to create individual profiles, securely log in, complete and submit forms electronically, receive laboratory results, and view invoices online. Additionally, the system should enable clients to receive test results via a designated email when requested.
The contract duration is set for three years. Prospective vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP by June 30, 2026.
