(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based data collection and management system. • Acquisition of a web–based data collection and management system to collect, compile, and disseminate federal and state statistical data for public libraries • Host and maintain a web–based system that allows agency staff to edit collected data, create reports, upload, download, and disseminate data on an as–needed basis. • Host and maintain a web–based system in accordance with required annual federal and state data collected by various online input forms • Enhance the web–based data management system for data collection, edit checks, report creation and survey creation. • Data Input – The application will allow users to enter data using various methods of input, including text boxes, text input fields (for longer responses), radio selection boxes, combo boxes and dropdown selections. • Allow the survey administrator to lock data fields as needed so users cannot change specified data. • File Generation – The application will generate files in multiples formats including PDF, HTML and Microsoft Excel
