The state of Mississippi is seeking a web-based classroom scheduling software solution, with a preference for Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment but will also consider on-premises hosting. The system should provide a modern web interface compatible with current browsers and offer full functionality on mobile devices.

Key requirements include seamless integration with Ellucian Banner (preferably via Ethos Integration) and with enterprise calendar systems such as Microsoft Exchange Online. The software must facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders by supporting complex approval workflows, including conditional and asynchronous approvals based on event details, location, and required services. Automated workflows should be able to trigger specific actions or approvals according to custom event criteria.

Additional functionality should include robust change tracking that logs all event modifications and notifies relevant users, built-in messaging or note-taking linked to particular events or tasks, and the ability for users to revise submitted requests—automatically re-initiating any necessary approvals. The platform should allow for customizable request forms for reserving spaces and resources, and it must send automated reminders and notifications to organizers, attendees, and setup crews with timely resource setup details.
