This system must include a state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) management component that processes both pre-paid and on-premise parking transactions, accessible via both web and mobile devices.

Key requirements include robust tools for revenue management, cash and credit reconciliation, and real-time reporting to facilitate accurate forecasting, financial analysis, and the capture of customer data. The system should support real-time operation, ensuring authorized users can access dashboards and management features from various devices such as PCs, mobile phones, tablets, and cashier POS terminals. Compatibility with major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) and multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac) is essential.
