(1) Vendor needs to provide web app language translation cloud solution– The customer is requesting to purchase a cloud–based Language Translation Management System (TMS) from vendor Localize that allows customer to translate dynamic web applications using workflow tools that help streamline translation workflows. The solution will integrate with existing and actively developed applications. The Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license terms, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits). Localize vendor to provide software code needed to implement a fully operational cloud–based Language Translation Management System (TMS) that allows customer to translate dynamic web applications using platform tools that help streamline translation workflows. The solution will integrate with existing and actively developed applications.
