Must provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, protection, and safety equipment

Must provide evidence of required insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability
Must submit a First Source Employment Plan if the contract value is $300,000 or more

DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to design, fabricate, and install wayfinding signage across twelve patient care units. The objective is to provide safe, standardized, and code-compliant signage throughout the facility using rigid, high-quality substrates such as acrylic or equivalent materials approved by SEH.

Signage must feature a matte, non-glare finish to ensure ADA-compliant readability. Required specifications include ligature resistance, vandal resistance, smooth and non-porous surfaces for easy cleaning and disinfection, as well as tamper-proof lettering and braille alongside shatterproof materials. Prior to installation, the vendor must inspect all areas designated for new signage to identify and address any defects that may hamper proper installation.
