(1) Vendor needs to provide water meter replacement and advanced metering infrastructure system installation project.– An advanced water meter solution for the City’s approximately 22,450 water meters which includes the supply and installation of non–mechanical water meters and radio transmitters as well as an advanced metering infrastructure software and related training services. (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
