DESCRIPTION

The City of Leander is establishing a pool of pre-qualified professional service respondents for water and wastewater design and analysis. Selected firms may be contacted for requests for proposals as projects arise over a three-year period. The resulting agreements will be task orders for individual projects. Respondents must demonstrate municipal experience and expertise in the technical area of water and wastewater design and analysis.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a firm, corporation, individual, or partnership normally engaged in the provision of water and wastewater design and analysis services
  • Must provide a representative list of similar projects successfully completed in the Central Texas Area within the past five years
  • Must provide proof of licensure with submittal
  • Must include at least one registered professional engineer or architect qualified for the respective discipline, as Project Manager, with a minimum of five years of experience
  • Land Surveying respondents must have a Registered Professional Land Surveyor as the Project Manager
  • Right-of-Way agents must be certified with the State of Texas (TREC real estate license or ERW certificate)
  • Must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Must submit a completed CIQ Form with the response
  • Must submit Form 1295 to the State of Texas electronically prior to executing the Professional Service Agreement
