(1) Vendor needs to provide waste reduction reporting, administrative citation management, database software and support services.– Coordinate all outreach conducted by the various Sustainability Department programs to commercial businesses, multi–family residential units, edible food generators, residents, schools, government agencies, and other organizations to streamline the County’s outreach and improve client and community member interactions and experience– Track outreach to residential and commercial solid waste generators – Issue and track notices of violation, administrative citations, and waiver or exemption requests – Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics– Provide a cloud–based platform that syncs data across all users in real time.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 10, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
