(1) Vendor needs to provide vital sync virtual patient monitoring platform. – Provide the subscription licensing and support for its covidien vital sync virtual patient monitoring platform (VPMP). – VitalSync allows for nursing–patient assignments to be uploaded into their display monitor and for patient alarms to be pushed directly to the assigned bedside nurse via the agency device per predetermined and patient specific parameters. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
