A healthcare agency in New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide subscription licensing and support services for the Covidien Vital Sync virtual patient monitoring platform (VPMP). This platform facilitates nursing–patient assignments by allowing them to be uploaded into the display monitor, and it enables patient alarms to be automatically pushed directly to the assigned bedside nurse via agency devices, based on predetermined and patient-specific parameters.

The contract for this service will be for a one-year period. Vendors should be able to deliver comprehensive licensing and ongoing support to ensure optimal operation of the Vital Sync virtual monitoring system.
