(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor counting solution– The Supplier will provide a comprehensive visitor counting solution that includes bi–directional sensors for accurate entry and exit detection, real–time data collection and reporting, secure integration with analytics platforms, and compliance. The system must support multiple buildings and variable spaces, offer scalable architecture, and include dashboards, alerts, and role–based access control. • Core Functional Requirements – Bi–directional sensors to detect visitors entering and leaving. – Visitor counting – real–time metrics including Visitors In, Visitors Out, cumulative totals and timestamps. Accuracy 99.95%. Accuracy checking functionality. – End–points should be Power over Ethernet (PoE). – End points should be customer installable (optional). – System must support multiple buildings, enabling zones to be defined for rooms within each building. The system must also support the creation of multiple zones (e.g., individual rooms in galleries/whole buildings) to track visitor entry and exit per zone. – Tracking visitors across rooms and locations (optional). – Ability to group sensors into zones/buildings for administrative control • System Features – Monitoring dashboards and reports with real–time data. – Reports must allow custom time windows (hour/day/week) and 15–minute slices for detailed analysis of zones, buildings, rooms and sensors. – Role–based access control with Administrator and User roles. – Alerts for sensor downtime, network outages, threshold breaches and data loss from any downtime. – Sensors must achieve at least 99.95% detection accuracy for entry/exit events. – Sensors must have accuracy verification checks included. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
