(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual reality training system. • General System Requirements – The Virtual Reality Training System shall be scalable and fully portable. – The Virtual Reality Training System (VRTS) shall be easy for the user to set up and collapse–down. – During operation for delivery of scenarios, the VRTS must be able to communicate on a self–contained network and not rely on any outside network for operation. – The VRTS shall be capable of accommodating at least eight (8) officers in a scenario at the same time – The VRTS shall use realistic weapon platforms that officers will use during the scenario, i.e., not gaming–style hand controllers (e.g., touch controllers). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
