The state of Michigan is seeking a vendor-hosted video repository and streaming system to support its educational needs. The required solution must deliver robust audio and video content streaming, with a scalable architecture capable of accommodating a growing number of contributors and users without sacrificing performance. Seamless integration with Canvas LMS through LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) is essential, allowing the system to be installed at the account level with default visibility settings and enabling easy linking within course modules and assignment tools for assessments.

The system must offer Single Sign-On functionality, supporting both Active Directory Federated Service (currently) and providing a pathway for future migration to Azure Active Directory. Full compatibility with major operating systems and web browsers is expected.
