(1) Vendor needs to provide video repository and streaming system.– A video streaming server (or streaming media server) that is a vender–hosted solution,– A solution that supports delivery of audio and video content and streaming,– Must support LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) integration with Canvas LMS,– Ability to install at account level with default visibility disabled for course navigation.– Enable linking through course modules and assignment creation for assessment tools.– Provide Single Sign–On,– Active Directory Federated Service (current),– Azure Active Directory (future migration),– Scalable architecture to handle increasing contributors and users without performance degradation,– Fully functional across major operating systems and browsers,– Plan and implement the solution.– Migrate existing content from the current system to the new platform.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.
