Video Production Service

The agency is seeking a professional vendor to provide comprehensive video production services, aimed at creating a high-quality video that highlights the success of its reentry programs. The project will require detailed pre-production planning, including development of a strategic schedule, scripting, a shot list, and a site visit to the agency to ensure the final deliverable is completed within two months of contract execution.

Production will consist of two full days of on-site filming, using high-quality cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, resulting in a 1080p video. The post-production phase will allow for two rounds of editing revisions. The final deliverables will include a five-minute highlight video featuring selected shots and audio from agency leaders and partner organizations. All media assets, including raw and edited footage, graphics, audio recordings, and project files, will become the agency's property upon final payment.

The completed video must include closed captions in accordance with accessibility standards. Additionally, the vendor is required to deliver all footage and files via external hard drive or secure virtual means, and may not reuse any footage for marketing purposes without explicit written approval.
