A county in New York is seeking a qualified provider for comprehensive video production, live streaming, and broadcast services to support county events. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering professional video production and live streaming with a high standard of quality, ensuring uninterrupted transmission and the use of robust technical safeguards and redundancy measures.

Services will include podcast production and editing, video editing, animation, motion graphics, and creating titles, as well as encoding and transcoding content for multiple viewing formats. The provider must produce content that meets ADA accessibility requirements, offering captioning and other accessible formats as needed. Additional responsibilities involve creative concept development, scriptwriting, production planning and scheduling, storyboarding, and live event production. The vendor must also be capable of aerial and drone videography where legally permitted and properly licensed.

Content must be suitable for multi-platform distribution, with the ability to upload and stream to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or other county-designated platforms. The final deliverables will include both live streamed and recorded video content, as well as edited video files prepared according to county specifications.
