A city in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive video production and media services to support broadcast, digital, and social media needs. The selected provider will be responsible for original video content production, live and recorded programming, and media presentations distributed across platforms such as broadcast television, live streaming services, digital applications, the city website, YouTube, and social media channels.

Required services include live program direction and video switching, camera operation (manual or remote), and live audio coordination. The vendor will also be responsible for multi-camera field production, audio mixing, field producing, lighting, post-production work, video and audio signal routing, and system integration. Support for cablecast platform configuration is also expected.

In addition, the vendor will cover city-sponsored events through field videography, producing short-form event recap videos, and handling independent field production tasks such as shooting, interviewing, and editing. The contract period will be for one year, and all questions regarding the engagement must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
