(1) Vendor needs to provide video production and media services to support a wide range of needs, including but not limited to original video content production, live and recorded programming, and media presentation across broadcast, digital and social platforms. Services may be utilized for broadcast television, live streaming, digital distribution, and archival purposes, including but not limited to YouTube, streaming applications, the city website, and social media platforms. 1. Live program direction and switching: Video switching. Camera operation, either manually or remotely. Live audio coordination. 2. Feature content generation: Services may include multi-camera field production, audio mixing, field producing, lighting, and post-production. 3. Video engineering services: Video and audio signal routing and system integration. Cablecast platform configuration and support. 4. Regular event coverage: Field videography for city-sponsored events. Production of short-form event recap videos. Independent field production, including shooting, interviewing, and editing. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
