DESCRIPTION


The organization is seeking a Vice President, Revenue and Strategic Partnerships to provide executive leadership for revenue diversification, organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and external influence. The role will align these priorities with the organization’s 10-year strategic vision and annual operating plans while guiding the transition from reliance on traditional fundraising channels toward a balanced and resilient revenue model.

The position will oversee revenue streams including major gifts, philanthropy, corporate and strategic partnerships, institutional funding, and innovative revenue models. It will serve as the senior organizational steward of longstanding donor and partner relationships, ensuring trust, reciprocity, and shared purpose across revenue-generating activities, while providing strategic oversight and co-leadership to the Director of Philanthropy and Resource Mobilization.

The Vice President will also provide executive oversight to the Director of Integrated Fundraising and Communications. The role will ensure that fundraising communications, brand, and engagement strategies support revenue diversification, strengthen organizational influence and trust, deepen brand equity, amplify impact, and reflect the values and leadership of the communities served.
