Vending Machine Concession Services (Closed)

Monroe, New Jersey seeks a provider for the installation, supply, maintenance, and removal of vending machines in government locations. Machines must accept both coins and bills, offer sales tracking, and dispense multiple types of items.

Must provide a commission rate payable to the Township
Must visit each site to determine service needs
Must provide Pepsi or Coke products at each location as a minimum
Must maintain vending machines in good working order
Must provide a preventative maintenance program
Must be available to service machines from 8 a.m. through 4 p.m., Monday through Friday
Must repair or replace machines within 48 hours of a reported malfunction

A government authority in Monroe, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to furnish, install, maintain, supply, and remove various vending machines at designated locations. The selected provider may supply new, used, or reconditioned vending machines (no older than two years) that dispense a variety of items, rather than being limited to a single type or brand.

Each machine must be properly equipped with a non-resettable counter to record all sales and possess mechanisms to receive and return coin change for one dollar bills at a minimum.
