(1) Vendor needs to provide valet operations and parking directors solution. • Provide comprehensive parking services, including to valet operations, parking management, and parking directors for designated city–owned and city–managed facilities, special events, and venues. • Professional valet attendants to manage vehicle drop–off and retrieval. • Secure key handling and vehicle storage procedures. • Adequate insurance coverage for vehicles under care, custody, and control. • Uniformed staff trained in customer service, ADA accommodations, and safety protocols. • Technology–based solutions (e.g., valet ticketing apps, text–to–retrieve systems). • Deployment of parking directors to guide vehicles during peak periods, events, or construction impacts. • Traffic flow coordination to maximize parking efficiency and minimize congestion. • Pedestrian and ADA accessibility management. • Coordination with City staff, law enforcement, and event organizers. • Setup and takedown of cones, barricades, and signage as required. • Oversight of parking facilities (surface lots, garages, event spaces). • Collection and remittance of parking fees (if applicable). • Maintenance of parking control equipment and revenue systems. • Daily activity logs, incident reports, and revenue reports (as applicable).
