A Florida municipality is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive valet operations and parking management solutions for city-owned and city-managed facilities, special events, and venues. The scope of services includes professional valet attendants responsible for efficient vehicle drop-off, retrieval, secure key handling, and safe vehicle storage procedures. Vendors are expected to maintain adequate insurance coverage for all vehicles under their care.

Staff must be uniformed and specifically trained in customer service, ADA accommodations, and safety protocols. Advanced technology-based solutions, such as valet ticketing applications and text-to-retrieve systems, should be implemented to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, parking directors will be required to guide vehicles during peak hours, special events, or during periods of construction, ensuring optimal traffic flow, parking efficiency, and minimal congestion.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for managing pedestrian and ADA accessibility, coordinating with city staff, law enforcement, and event organizers, and setting up or removing cones, barricades, and signage as needed.
