Settle Intelligence
Settle helps teams win more revenue through RFPs. It starts before the RFP lands — surfacing pre-RFP signals, posted opportunities, and buyer movement, ranking the contracts you are most likely to win, then drafting submissions from your approved knowledge and proven wins and checking them for readiness before they go out.

Professional artists and student artists, working under the supervision of a professional artist or art teacher, are invited to submit designs for painted utility boxes as part of a public art initiative. Artists will be responsible for preparing, painting, and sealing designated utility boxes, using approved paint brands and high-quality, professional materials. The vendor must provide materials for cleaning, priming, and sealing the utility boxes, while the artists are required to supply their own painting materials.
This project aims to bring cost-effective public art to streets, define neighborhood identity, and help deter graffiti. Artwork created under this program is considered temporary and remains the property of the program. The initiative encourages both professional artists and promising student teams to participate under appropriate supervision.
