Utility Asset Management Consultant and Program Oversight Services

The government authority in Laredo, Texas seeks a consultant to lead and manage its utility asset management program, specifically targeting water and wastewater infrastructure. The selected firm will assess existing utility assets, validate current asset data, and formulate a practical, data-driven program for managing these resources. Duties include developing strategies for leak detection and water loss control, preparing procurement documentation for valve exercising services, overseeing the valve exercising contractor, and integrating field results into the existing asset management framework.
