DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Port Charlotte, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide printing and mailing services for approximately 800,000 utility bills and 120,000 urgent delinquent reminder notices annually.

The vendor will receive bills and notices each business day, Monday through Friday, by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time via PDF files posted to an FTP site.
