Vendor needs to provide user testing software. • Deliverables: – A User Testing software platform that offers moderated and unmoderated testing so that the agency can perform user testing with the Canadian public and analyze the test results to make improvements to pages on agency website to make it easier for Canadians to find information and complete tasks. • Tests:– Moderated User Testing– Unmoderated User Testing • Platform Specifications:– Provide a user testing interface for test participants in both English and French to allow the agency to test both English and French content. – Allow agency staff to create, save and perform remote moderated and unmoderated user tests of agency web pages, applications and prototypes. – Record video and audio of the user test sessions and store the recorded test sessions for the duration of the contract. – Allow agency staff to view all recorded user test sessions requested by the CRA for the duration of the contract.
