Usability Testing Solution

The State of Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive usability testing solution to enhance digital product evaluation and user research processes.

The platform must facilitate large-scale usability testing beyond the in-person capacity of employees and streamline operational aspects such as participant consent and compensation. Key functionalities should include live website testing, seamless integration with Figma for design and prototyping, and support for collaborative tools such as Mural or Figma. The solution should enable the creation of custom screener questions, offer robust participant management (including scheduling, live session management, communication, and reminders), and feature extensive, diverse recruitment panels to target a wide range of demographic profiles.

Additionally, accessibility features such as browser zoom and adjustable contrast levels are required. The platform should also provide workflow templates and the capability to create and reuse custom workflows, supporting efficient and repeatable usability testing cycles.
