(1) Vendor needs to provide universal screener solution. – The system needs to include built–in accommodations, ranging from basic to a wide selection of highly accessible options.– This must include a clear support plan, with the preferred level being proactive and responsive support via multiple channels, including a dedicated account manager.– Account creation and rostering: proposals should detail how accounts and rosters are managed, with integration through Clever or OneRoster being a minimum expectation, and integration certified with 1EdTech and infinite campus.– The highest–scoring proposals will offer prescriptive guidance on instructional strategies, instructional groupings, and goal setting.– Requested “sandbox” environment that allows both the test administrator and the student to view prior to evaluating.– Reports must be user–friendly and clear. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
