A vendor is sought to provide annual support and maintenance services for Uniprint legacy systems in Florida. The contract will cover the renewal of licenses and integration for core components, including the Uniprint Unlimited License, MobilePrint Unlimited License (supporting between 750,000 and 1 million users), and a SignUp Base License with 10 Client Access Licenses (CALs).
Additionally, the renewal must include support for 60 BOSPCOP/VCC payment kiosks, 1,000 extra CALs, 'Off the Glass' functionality with 25 copiers, 25 Xerox iMFP licenses, and the SIP1/SIP2 Gateway for 3rd party integration, specifically with Polaris ILS. The term of the contract is one year, ensuring continuous and comprehensive support for all specified Uniprint-related components.
