(1) Vendor needs to provide enhance treatment engagement, accountability, adherence and retention technology–based solution to the government authority located in NH.– The Agency to solicit proposals for a technology–based solution to enhance treatment engagement, accountability, adherence, and retention for individuals with a clinically diagnosed Opioid Use Disorder.– Provider management that includes the ability for State–approved personnel to set up profiles for individual providers sites; establish credentials for individual providers; establish individual credentials for multiple users in a single provider site; associate providers to program Participants and provide each user type with their own agency system Restrictions– Participant management that includes the ability for State–approved providers to register Participants for and provide or revoke Participants access to the Solution; attest to Medicaid eligibility for each Participant; upload, store, and retrieve Participant consent forms; restrict duplication of records; and monitor Participant data; and transfer Participants from one provider to another.– Incentive management with the ability to manage, monitor, track, process, and automatically distribute State–approved incentives to Participants based on verified achievement of treatment – A mobile application, as part of the Solution, is preferred but not required(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
