The State of New Hampshire is seeking proposals for a technology-based solution designed to enhance engagement, accountability, adherence, and retention in the treatment of individuals with a clinically diagnosed Opioid Use Disorder. The goal is to support both providers and participants throughout the course of treatment, leveraging modern technology to facilitate improved outcomes.
The desired solution should feature robust provider management capabilities, such as enabling State-approved personnel to create and manage profiles for provider sites and individual users, set credentials, and associate providers with program participants. Additionally, participant management is required, allowing State-approved providers to register participants, verify Medicaid eligibility, manage consent forms, restrict duplicate records, monitor participant data, and transfer participants between providers when necessary.
A comprehensive incentive management component is also needed, with tools to administer, monitor, track, process, and automatically distribute State-approved incentives to participants based on verifiable treatment achievements. While the inclusion of a mobile application within the solution is preferred, it is not mandatory. The initial contract period is set for one year.
