(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services payment solutions.– Prepaid transportation services payment solutions physical and virtual prepaid cards, accounts, and digital wallets that can be funded from multiple sources.– Account management interfaces for entities and end users, including mobile applications.– Fare collection and ticketing transportation payment solutions systems. – Fare collection devices and technology solutions.– Mobile pay–as–you–go ticketing solutions and technologies.– Transportation services payment solutions back office, account management, and platform services.– Marketing and advertising of program services.– Integration of payment solutions and access for use of transportation services with existing and future mobility platforms, such as: transit, rideshare, taxi, and micro–mobility.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.
