DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide a transit tracking and reporting system. The solution must be intuitive to use, include technical support, and offer an easy-to-use interface accessible through a modern web browser. The platform is expected to support submission of applications, budgets, required reports, reimbursement requests, vehicle requests, and ongoing communication and record maintenance.

The system should improve transparency and accountability by providing real-time visibility and enabling users to complete submissions in a single standardized format rather than through multiple file types. Required capabilities include custom-defined data fields, archiving of older records to maintain performance, and a highly configurable user interface. The platform must also provide offline caching and editing functionality to support field operations such as asset inspections and grant site visits in areas with limited connectivity.

In addition, the system must support complete asset lifecycle management from acquisition through disposal, including procurement, commissioning, maintenance scheduling, condition assessment, depreciation calculation, and retirement workflows. It must maintain historical asset records, provide financial tracking and reporting, automate workflows and approvals, and integrate with GIS and mapping systems for spatial visualization, location-based searches, reporting, and infrastructure planning. Questions are due by June 12, 2026.
