(1) Vendor needs to provide transit signal priority system.– Provide a centralized transit signal priority and pre–emption system. – Signal control software to monitor and manage traffic signal operations. – Include software that allows the configuration and management of all vehicles and all intersection priority/pre–emption requests. – Provide real–time monitoring and notification capabilities to immediately alert relevant stakeholders of disruptions or anomalies in data flows. – Conduct outreach with each stakeholder group (Transit, Traffic, BRT Construction, Transformation and Technology). – Provide additional information on existing systems, inventory, and BRT construction updates. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 09, 2025.
