DESCRIPTION

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide transit facility-wide signage services. The scope includes fabrication of signs in accordance with specified sign drawings and schedules for a transit environment.

Unless otherwise noted in the applicable sign drawing, all signs are to be fabricated from 0.080-inch aluminum plate. Reflective materials must be used where identified in the sign design, and graphics and text must be produced using high-performance, exterior-grade materials suitable for long-term outdoor use. Each sign must include an anti-graffiti protective laminate or coating suitable for exterior conditions.

All materials, inks, laminates, coatings, and reflective sheeting must be rated for exterior use and resistant to fading, peeling, cracking, delamination, and weather-related deterioration. Sign corners must have a 1.5-inch radius, edges must be smooth and free of burrs or imperfections, and mounting holes must be provided as indicated in the applicable drawings, with a 3/8-inch diameter. Sign dimensions, layouts, mounting hole locations, reflective requirements, and other sign-specific details will be defined in the sign drawings and sign schedule.

Questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
