(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic count software. – to support the Traffic Monitoring Section annual gathering of traffic count data to monitor traffic flow and changes in traffic patterns. – Obtain traffic count data to monitor traffic growth. – Support historical record keeping, tracking of equipment and work, and quality control. – All configuration, data conversion, support of Departmental deployment testing, remediation of testing issues, training, systems integration, and related services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.
