(1) Vendor needs to provide Traffic Asset and Data Management System– The Agency is seeking to procure a comprehensive software platform that will enable transportation authorities within the agency to efficiently manage and analyze traffic–related data. The key objective for the software is to enhance road safety, optimize traffic flow, and support data–driven decision–making. The selected solution must consolidate traffic warrants and asset inventories into a single, centralized system eliminating the reliance on multiple platforms currently used. This integration must streamline access, improve traceability, and enhance operational efficiency. To ensure successful implementation, the selected proponent must provide comprehensive staff training. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Describe the circumstances and the data lost or the data or security breach. The system will be able to read the raw traffic count data collected. The system must contain a collision module in a centralized system that can store and manage collision data to make data driven traffic management decisions. Describe these features and how they are used by customers to support traffic planning. The system will have a Levels of Service (LOS) feature to assess and improve traffic flow quality effectively. Describe this feature and its capabilities. The software shall contain a traffic volume and the system may contain public safety information for roadways as part of safety analysis or a safety module that analyzes, evaluates, and prioritizes safety improvements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
