The Saskatchewan transportation authorities are seeking a comprehensive Traffic Asset and Data Management System to enhance their management and analysis of traffic-related data. The goal of this centralized software platform is to improve road safety, optimize traffic flow, and enable data-driven decision-making by consolidating traffic warrants and asset inventories into a unified system. This approach aims to replace multiple existing platforms, streamlining access and improving operational efficiency and traceability across the agency's operations.

The required solution should include key features such as the ability to read raw traffic count data and support a collision module for storing and managing collision information. This will facilitate targeted, data-driven traffic management decisions. Additionally, the software must offer a Levels of Service (LOS) feature to assess and enhance traffic flow quality effectively. Public safety information and a safety analysis module for evaluating and prioritizing roadway safety improvements may also be included.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering thorough staff training to ensure successful system adoption. The contract for this project is set for a one-year period.
