A contractor is sought to provide comprehensive coordination and implementation services for a trade mission in Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire. The mission will involve approximately 12 U.S. potato growers and industry leaders, with the aim of exploring and expanding export opportunities for seed, fresh (table–stock and chip–stock), dehydrated, and frozen potato products.

Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities and barriers, clarifying regulatory requirements, and outlining any constraints that may affect market entry. The contractor will identify, engage, and recruit qualified importers, distributors, processors, and other relevant trade stakeholders in both host countries, as well as provide full logistical support including transportation and venue arrangements. Furthermore, the contractor will deliver market intelligence, provide detailed reporting on mission outcomes, and develop strategic recommendations to guide ongoing commercial relationships and follow-up engagement.

The initiative is focused on building long-term commercial relationships for U.S. potato products in Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire, and the selected contractor should demonstrate the capacity to manage international trade missions, foster industry connections, and facilitate robust follow-up activities.

Best-fit vendors:

• Experience organizing international agricultural trade missions

• Demonstrated expertise in market intelligence and regulatory analysis

• Strong connections in Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire agri-food sectors

• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and logistical coordination

• Ability to support U.S.-based agricultural industry groups
