DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide tourism information point signage, with optional installation services. The signs must be professional in appearance, durable, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use while remaining cost-effective over time.

The requested signage should be produced using aluminium composite material or a comparable substrate appropriate for long-term indoor and outdoor applications. Signs will be single-sided and primarily viewed at or slightly above eye level. Design files will include QR codes, so the selected printing method must ensure the codes remain clear, durable, and reliably scannable throughout the expected life of the sign.

Finished signs are expected to be weather-resistant, UV-resistant, fade-resistant, and scratch-resistant. Square corners are required. Vendors are asked to provide pricing for signs with pre-drilled mounting holes in all four corners, if available; if not available, pricing should be provided for signs without holes. Questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
