(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to implement an enhanced Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system to replace the existing Touchdown system using Project Online (SQL database and SharePoint Online) with Microsoft Planner, Planner Premium and Power Platform (Dataverse), and related technologies).– These challenges eliminate scalability to meet States needs and prevent the current PPM system (Touchdown) from being updated to accommodate various project implementation methodologies, improved visualization, or comprehensive reporting and dashboarding.– The enhanced PPM system will provide a unified, flexible, scalable, cross–agency platform that is developed by an industry leader as a version controlled, commercially and internally supported tool.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
