Time Study Software

An organization in California is seeking a vendor to provide a customizable time study software solution to support grant funding and medical administrative activities. The software must accommodate the capture of key data points required by funders and offer customization options for adding or removing data fields, as well as tailoring workflows to specific entry requirements. User permissions for both employees and administrators must be supported, alongside the ability to build and export various data reports in formats approved by the state.

Key features include creating and customizing time study intervals down to the minute, payroll integration or manual payroll data entry, and an integrated notification system that sends reminders—ideally to external emails—for tasks needing completion, review, or signature. The software should also enable setting individual or group time study goals, importing historical data from legacy systems, and facilitating the generation of compliant time study reports. Additionally, a mobile application option is required. The initial contract term will be for two years.
