Ohio University is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, scalable, and user-friendly ticketing system to support event management for a variety of academic, cultural, and community events. The proposed system must accommodate both physical and digital ticketing solutions and seamlessly integrate with existing university platforms. A critical requirement is full integration with Transact, enabling the deposit of revenues for multiple university merchant IDs both separately and concurrently.
The system should provide the ability to capture demographic and sales data to build a detailed patron information database. Vendors must offer solutions for both printed and digital tickets, with options for online delivery, wallet integration, and text message distribution. Customization and branding capabilities for ticket design and content are essential, whether tickets are printed or electronic. The solution must also be user-friendly for individuals with diverse levels of technological expertise and support a variety of transaction methods including in-person, online, phone, mobile, and other options.
The contract for this project is set for a three-year period.
