The agency is seeking a third-party company to provide comprehensive ticketing sales and operations services. The selected vendor will be granted the rights to hire a head of ticketing sales and operations, along with necessary support staff, to oversee and manage the agency's ticketing operations. Responsibilities will include hiring an Assistant AD/Director of Ticketing (Sales & Operations) who will be tasked with ticket sales and marketing, fan engagement, customer service, ticket operations management, and financial oversight and reporting.
The contractor will also be responsible for staff leadership, personnel management, cross-departmental collaboration, administrative duties, compliance, and fostering positive community relations. Currently, the ticketing department comprises two full-time staff members, and the Assistant AD will oversee their activities. The contract is set for a period of three years, and interested parties must submit their questions by June 12, 2026.
