The selected vendor will deliver Ticket to Work (TTW) program services for a government authority in Salem, Oregon over a ten-year contract period. Responsibilities include making quarterly contact with each assigned ticket holder to assess their needs for additional services throughout their ticket assignment to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). The contractor will also provide training to TTW Partners, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on comprehensive TTW program processes, procedures, and federal updates.
Additionally, the vendor will manage milestones and outcome payments requested and paid to TTW partners for tickets assigned and tracked annually. The contractor must utilize TTW revenue to support the growth of individualized long-term employment support services and act as the central administrative unit for tracking tickets and processing claims. Experience with employment support services, program administration, and training delivery is essential.
