DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide third-party workers' compensation management services for self-insured workers' compensation programs and liabilities. The services will support cost management and improvement through claims administration, investigation, provider and claimant outreach, monitoring, and issue resolution.
The selected provider will develop and produce appropriate analytics and metrics, generate timely and accurate compensation and medical payments for self-insured claims, and prepare management information system and loss reports. Services will also include hearing and claims litigation administration.
The contract period will be three years. All questions must be submitted by September 3, 2026.
