DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Salt Lake, Utah is seeking a qualified vendor to provide third-party property management services. The selected contractor will be responsible for transition planning and staffing, including implementation of a transition plan, transfer and reconciliation of records, funds, keys, contracts, work orders, and data, as well as identification of urgent risks. The contractor must also provide qualified personnel, supervision, backup coverage, training, and 24-hour emergency response.
