DESCRIPTION

The District of Columbia seeks a vendor to provide third party liability (TPL) recovery services for its Medicaid program. The selected contractor will support the state agency in identifying and recovering medical claims for which a third party, such as an insurance issuer, health plan, or other legally responsible entity, is liable to pay.
