DESCRIPTION


The client is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive text messaging system tailored for appointment management and effective participant engagement. The solution must enable automated appointment reminders and send missed appointment notifications, with functionality for real-time, two-way conversational texting to facilitate ongoing communications with participants. In addition, the system should deliver targeted, real-time messages to defined groups or sub-groups and support both English and Spanish messaging via text and email, with other languages as an optional feature.

The solution must include a web portal allowing the viewing of real-time text and voice responses, as well as advanced chat capabilities such as auto-translation, clinic out-of-office auto responses, and the use of chat templates. The system should utilize recognizable, local phone numbers for sender identification, provide multiple levels of access with controls for administrators and localized autonomy for agency and clinic users, and support various automated messaging services (telephone, text, and email). Additionally, configurable notification creation and tracking, as well as audit trails for user activities, are essential requirements. The initial contract period is for one year.
