(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal information system with Fids, Bids, Gids, advertising and finance.– Terminal information system, focused on providing a user–friendly and reliable platform while meeting airport IT/Cyber security.– Providing a terminal information software system for MUFIDS, BIDs, GIDs, advertising, and finance at minimum including services needed to fully install, implement, operate, and maintain the system.to websites, mobile app, weather feed, airline flight information, baggage claim, paging system, airline provided content, advertising content, and Authority’s finance system.– Provide all infrastructure to accurately display flight information on the airport website, mobile app if requested, and displays around the airport facility.– The Authority requires the proposed solution be capable of providing full 24/7, 365–day operation and support to authority staff, tenants, and the traveling public throughout specified areas of the airport.– Systems referenced: MUFIDS – Multi‐User Flight Information Display Systems, BIDS – Baggage Information Display Systems, GIDS – Gate Information Display Systems, BCIC – Baggage Claim Input Controller (2) The contract period will be for five years.
