A New Jersey airport is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive terminal information system integrating Multi‐User Flight Information Display Systems (MUFIDS), Baggage Information Display Systems (BIDS), Gate Information Display Systems (GIDS), advertising, and finance capabilities. The solution must deliver a user-friendly and reliable platform that aligns with the airport’s IT and cybersecurity standards.

The required system must offer software and services to fully install, implement, operate, and maintain real-time information displays for flights, baggage, gates, advertising, and financial data. It should support integration with websites, mobile applications (if specified), weather feeds, airline-provided content, baggage claim systems, paging systems, advertising content, and the Authority’s finance system. The infrastructure must ensure accurate, up-to-date display of flight information throughout airport facilities, and if needed, on digital platforms for passengers and staff.

The system must be capable of 24/7, year-round operation, providing continuous support to airport personnel, tenants, and travelers in all designated areas. The awarded contract will cover a five-year period.
