(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal advertiser concessionaire services.– Develop, manage, sell, operate, and maintain a comprehensive terminal advertising program.– Develop a cohesive, airport–wide advertising program strategy that maximizes revenue while enhancing the passenger experience.– Align advertising solutions with brand standards, architectural environment, and sense–of–place objectives.– Remain poised to introduce new advertising infrastructure to terminal upgrades and new concourse.– Design, fabricate, install, and commission all advertising displays and supporting infrastructure, subject to airport approval.– Integrate advertising displays with terminal architecture and systems in a manner that is safe, durable, visually cohesive, and compliant with all applicable codes and regulations.– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan targeting national, regional, and local advertisers.– Install, operate, and maintain robust digital advertising networks, including displays, content management systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.– Promoting airport and city public service announcements and community messaging.– Operate the advertising program on a turnkey basis, providing all day–to–day management, staffing, and oversight.– Ensure all digital assets are reliable, secure, and capable of remote monitoring, content scheduling, and performance reporting 24/7.– Develop and implement a detailed transition plan addressing asset conversion, sales onboarding, advertiser migration, and operational readiness.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 27, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for seven years.
