(1) Vendor needs to provide tenant protection ordinance management software. – Software should be Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud–based software system and allow for uploading and storage of documents along with communication to property owners and landlords, managers, and tenants. – Tenants to be able to upload required income and special–circumstances verification documentation. – The ability to review and calculate a tenants income eligibility within the software. – Landlords and tenants to download and upload noticing forms. – The ability to track and manage relocation assistance cases. – Tenants to download and upload, and or complete and submit applications electronically. – Summary and analysis of all data collected, and production of Microsoft Power BI reports. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
