DESCRIPTION

Atlantic County requires temporary employment services for nursing staff at the Meadowview Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Facility in Northfield, New Jersey, and the Atlantic County Public Health Offices. Services will be requested in eight-hour shift increments. The contract term is for 12 months, from February 1st, 2027, to January 31st, 2028. The County reserves the right to cancel the contract upon 90 days' written notice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide qualified workers able to perform the scope of work
  • All nurse staff must have a current license to practice in the State of New Jersey
  • Must be able to confirm the availability of the required worker within three hours of notification
  • Must comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
  • Must maintain Workers Compensation insurance as required by law
  • Must have a valid Business Registration Certificate on file with the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services

  • Must comply with the N.J. Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health Act
