A Texas-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide temporary creative services support. The required services include supplying mid-level and senior graphic designers and copywriters on a temporary basis to meet a range of advertising and collateral project needs.

Graphic designers will be responsible for the design and production of final art files for various outputs, including advertisements, publications, brochures, posters, signage, and other related materials. Both mid-level and senior designers may be engaged based on project requirements. Copywriters at both mid and senior levels are needed for copywriting, editing, and proofing of print and digital materials—such as advertising, collateral, landing pages, and additional assignments as requested.

The typical work schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays, with a one-hour lunch break. The contract period is set for three years, offering an opportunity for ongoing engagement with creative professionals in support of the organization’s communication and marketing objectives.
