(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary creative services support service.– Provide temporary Mid–Level and Senior Graphic Designer(s) and/or Mid–Level and Senior Copywriter.– Mid–level Graphic design and production of final art files for ads, publications, brochures, posters, signage, in addition to other design needs.– Senior–level Graphic design and production of final art files for ads, publications, brochures, posters, signage, in addition to other design needs.– Mid–level copywriting, editing and proofing print and digital materials, including advertising, collateral, landing pages and other assignments as needed.– Senior–level copywriting, editing and proofing print and digital materials, including advertising, collateral, landing pages and other assignments as needed.– The typical workday is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one hour for lunch, excluding holidays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
